I have been listening to the Audeze LCD-2Cs with a Chord Mojo rendering Roon tracks and am filled with regret I hadn’t bought these sooner. They bring more texture and drive to the music than my Sennheiser HD-600s without falling into strident etched sound. They just sound natural, especially using Roon’s tailor made Audeze headphone correction. I’ve been going back to all my favorite album with increased joy. My Audioquest Dragonfly Cobalt isn’t quite up to the task of driving them but I have the Mojo and may soon try a balanced amp to see what that brings.
