The product is as advertised, but the shipping was definitely not up to the promised performance. I ordered the devices shipped next day air (UPS) for an extra 30+ dollars, and did not receive the devices until four days later. Even with the order being filled Friday (because it was done late Thursday afternoon), I should have received it Saturdsya in time for my Monday event.

We paid for expedited shipping. After a few days of not receiving the item, we tried calling multiple times with little to no communication. Item was not shipped out until following week, no explanation. When we asked for a refund for the expedited shipping costs we were not given a refund. Full charge, late shipping, poor customer service.
