Was disappointed after spending a lot of money to overnight a product that actually the product Mfr recommended after detail explanation of what we needed. It was a bad recommendation that cost us time , money and most important reputation with our customer. You allowed us to return part of unused product even thought it was not your direct recommendation. Thank you . The token amount of refund is far less than the time spent to arrange any rma return but was a moral victory at least to know you are a good source that we can look to for purchase later and trust we will be treated fairly. We both lost time and money on this sale but I know we both will win in future as a result of our trust in your actions.
