Process worked well and I got my board back right away. You could use better communications with your customers. You have a phone number on your website but only a recording to tell you to go to the website.

So far, so good. Two weeks in and the oven is working.

My board was returned in about a week in well protected packaging. Once installed, I ran a quick test and everything worked as expected. I've already used the oven several times without any problems. I'm so happy with the service and the price was great, well worth it.
