My controlled board repair worked out great and saved me a lot of money when compared to the cost of replacing the unit. I would give you 5 stars but the Priority Mail 2-day service return shipping took a whole week.

Called 3 times with question, nobody ever returned call.

A technician checked our double oven and said it was a bad control board; but there was no replacement part. So we sent it to you and you repaired it. It still doesn’t work and the trouble code now indicates the keyboard is bad. It’s terrible but I guess not your fault. Ugh!

The board seems to work in a way it did not before, because it has a different error message, but whereas before the keypad worked, now the keypad does not work at all, and therefore the oven is still completely broken. I have been leaving voicemails and not getting a call back. Possibly I have a second problem or a problem with the ribbon cable connection, but like I said, before I sent in the board, the keypad seemed to be working. Please give me a call because I have no idea what to do now and I have a broken oven.
