Was skeptical to send in our control panel to be fixed without speaking to anyone. Sent the board in and it returned quickly and was completely fixed. Not only that it's guaranteed for a year. The process couldn't have been smoother. Too bad I couldn't say that for Southern California Energy who caused the control panel to fail due to cutting our power 3 times due to high winds and trying to change customers perception that they are actively doing something...idiots. They actually caused the fire that threatened our house.
