I recently bought from Apex Sim Racing and honestly, the whole experience was amazing. Everything from ordering to delivery was smooth, and you can tell they actually care about what they’re selling. I picked up some haptics from them and I’ve been enjoying them a lot. It’s one of those upgrades you don’t realize you needed until you try it adds a ton of immersion and just makes the whole driving experience feel more real. What really stood out though was the customer service. It’s honestly out of this world. They were quick to respond, helpful with questions, and didn’t make anything feel complicated. That kind of support makes a big difference, especially with sim racing gear. Overall, I’d 100% recommend Apex Sim Racing. Great products, smooth experience, and some of the best customer service I’ve dealt with.

No exaggeration, Apex sim racing has given me the best customer service interaction that I have ever had.
