Shout out to Apex Customer Support! I had returned a new, unopened Simagic shifter for store credit. However I was unable to purchase a Simagic wheelbase & wheel combo while the holiday sale was still in effect, using that credit (as Apex something about a payment system snafu on their end, regarding sale items and refunds). Anyway, I contacted Apex CS though their Support chat, They understood the situation and manually took care of my refund, applied the credit and completed my purchase in minutes. Then a week later Santa's sleigh arrived here with the new Evo Pro and Neo X Rally wheel, just in time for Christmas! As a previous Apex customer, I'm a very happy camper.
