The new oven is exciting - and with the new touch display a real joy to use. As a heavy user of the previous 1. 0 oven - had it in use for over 3 years. Until it broke. I’m glad the upgrade came just in time. The issue with the new firmware was a real bummer though. Glad I could get it remotely resolved based on the instructions on the support pages. But please next time - be more careful, before you push updates. Thank you. Looking forward to years of heavy use of the new oven.
