I have had little problem with your equipment. I wish you had a way to have a master software so configuration can go over multiple NVRs

The product was received very fast after ordering it on-line. We have had limited contact with Amcrest about this product, but would recommend that more complete directions be included initially with the product.

Camera is made of solid material however the way you change the direction of the camera and the camera view angle are a little limited.
