Purchased power cord directly from Amcrest to replace cord on my outdoor camera. New cord was shorter than the one that came with the camera, had to use an extension cord. Ok price, works fine.

I discovered this product after changing to an internet provider that did not allow port forwarding for remote access to the NVR. Replacing the entire camera system was not an option. I spoke with sales rep and technical support to make sure they understood my needs and both said I could setup remote viewing using their free app. I remained skeptical. My first surprise was how cost effective the product was and the second was that I received the product 4 days early. Setup did not take that long and behold, they were correct - I could access the system remotely without having to setup port forwarding or making any modifications to my router. Exactly what I had hoped for. Thank you.

It's too difficult for a beginner to set up but is great once you figure out how. So far it is the best camera control software I have used in a long time.

Easy to install and set-up. Now fine tuning the angle and sensitivity settings.
