Camera works great for our needs and was delivered as promised. Customer service was excellent as I ordered the wrong one at first and they helped me with the exchange process of cameras with no problems.

Amcrest has horrible customer service reps, but I just kept calling back until I got one, who could hear me and I could understand!!!! My problem was resolved after all that.....

I sold my house and will be leaving my Amcrest door bell cam behind. I purchased another one for the latest technology to install in my new home. Good price, delivery on time. My original cam worked well so the decision to get another was easy.

So far everything is just great,

I own 9 amcrest cameras and could not be happier!
