I dont have anything to say but excellence is the right word. Customer service is super helpful and all aspect. Amcrest is my go to store when it comes to Security Camera system

Shipping was impressively fast. I ordered two of these cameras for a new location with limited external access. I was initially concerned because the only available mounting positions were behind glass windows, which typically presents a problem with IR cameras (From IR Reflection). External lighting was enough to deactivate the IR and provide a clear view at all times - which I do not believe most cameras on the market at this price point would effectively do. The IR comes on perfectly when the camera pans to the slightly darker indoor area. The quality of the video, even through glass is impressive. I can easily read the License Plate of a vehicle at 25 feet away when dead on, but beyond that the resolution is challenged. The windows application does support enlargement of the picture, but since there is no true zoom on the camera, this tends to distort the image more than anything. The Pan/Tilt function works fantastically, and the range is amazing. It does appear that the head itself can be physically positioned to set vertical limit positioning (Not necessary for horizontal pan as it truly rotates 360*). The Windows Software is the reason I chose these cameras specifically (Most other cameras at the price point only support mobile viewing, for my application PC was necessary). The software can be ran on multiple monitors, and features some impressive automation. There is still a number of things I need to learn about this software (Such as exporting the video to a usable file), but I am very impressed. Keep in mind, this is an indoor camera - As long as you don't expect to use this camera outdoors, it will not just meet your expectations, it will exceed them.
