Great camera. The packaging is easy to open. The instructions are easy to follow. The Amcrest Surveillance Pro software is easy to use and provides easy access to camera setup and options. I am enjoying learning how to use the AI features. Great picture quality from the wide angle camera lens. The camera also interfaces easily with my Synology NAS and its Synology Surveillance Station software. It also integrates easily into my existing home network POE switch. The only issue I had with the camera is the physical installation of the turret camera is a little more difficult than the dome Amcrest cameras I have previously installed. I had some trouble hooking the turret frame to the ceiling mount. I was able to install the camera fine, but it took a little longer. Overall, this is a great camera that is well built.
