Camera came broken. I've been trying to RMA for weeks now and no one is responding, no one will tell me why the RMA department won't respond. I paid extra for 2 day shipping, now I'm nearly 3 weeks without the camera I ordered.

Support continues to make promise after promise but they never follow up. Horrible and frustrating. I've spent too many hours on the phone with no results.
