On top of having to pay additional money for duties which should have been factored in with the shipping costs, making my package that was paid for expedited become non-expedited when it took me 3 days to find out there was even money owing, when I got the item it doesn’t work with AMCREST Cloud because the serial number isn’t long enough for the app. It works with AMCREST smart home app but I needed it to work with the cloud app because in Canada the AMCREST smart home app is not available in Alexa, just the AMCREST cloud app is available, which makes this doorbell a waste of money and something AMCREST could have cautioned Canadian customers about. It isn’t that difficult to make your product available in Canada btw. Amazon may have a hold on you somehow but there are ways around it.
