No response to audio problem

The IP2M has turned out to be a very good camera. Initially I could not get the video to be saved on the SD card. Several calls to support were of no use as they just read the basic manual instructions and actually told me incorrect information. I dug deep into the details and finally got it to work. Everything is good now

One of the cameras I received was not factory sealed. Don't know if I got a used camera or not. You would think when you order straight from the factory everything would be factory sealed. I'm trying to sell these systems at work in small to medium size businesses but if I can't be sure about receiving a factory sealed product I may need to try someone else.

Ok. You asked for it. Your technical support is very good. Your RMA department needs work. Very slow to respond. Should not take three days to respond to a request. I love your company, your products are awesome. I know, 10 cameras and counting. Just a few adjustments and you will be there. Now just fix the motion detection on the doorbell camera and life will be good. Thank you.
