The first chime was brand new not open. The second chime was open and stuff was miss. Delivery service of the product was on time as provided after ordering. Would I ordering again not sure, due to the chime being open and I paid full price for an open product.

Auto-e-mails from online order was confusing. Attempted to contact the store via e-mail, but received no response. I called the store and did eventually get a helpful and informative response. However, the product was missing a part.
