My experience as an A2A customer
I’ve been buying from A2A for the last 5 years. As my closest store is about 1000km away, I’ve only been in store once, so I generally purchase based on reviews and previous product experience. All A2A staff I’ve made contact with have always been very helpful and have a detailed knowledge of the products they are selling.
With a recent purchase, in the first few days, I thought the new device had a fault, so I made contact with A2A and within an hour or so they sent everything I needed to return the device for checking and replacement, no negativity at all. Fortunately I couldn’t replicate the issue I experienced and didn’t need to make a return. The device has been excellent ever since.
I highly recommend A2A as a supplier of high end audio equipment, excellent service and sound product knowledge.
