I have been a Moment customer for years. I continue to amazed by the level of customer service they provide. Every single time I have needed help they have gone above and beyond. This time I was late night shopping in advance of picking up a new phone. In my sleepy state, not only did I order the wrong size mount, I ordered the wrong one. I recognized the size mistake quickly and emailed for help. It was only when I received a reply from customer service that I realized I'd ordered the wrong thing entirely. They weren't sure they would be able to correct my error before shipping, but they did! Another time, I had lots of questions about one of the phone lenses. The person helping me wasn't 100% sure of the answer. So they went out and took photos with the specific conditions I was asking about to be able to answer my question thoroughly.
