Booted to DVD iso but would not boot to USB

I purchased two items for $10 each and shipping was $13!!

I placed an order and received no order confirmation and no shipment notice with tracking info. I had to call and did not get any info on that either. While waiting for the info from the sales I received the shipment. Which was good but I should have been notified all along the way.

The check out process on the web does not work

I got a quote that was supposed to include shipping, but now fedex is sending me bills for shipping.
