We are a non profit private school with almost a zero budget for 70 desktops, a couple of hundred iPads, and about 300 users, and we needed a server upgrade. I found ServerMonkey while searching for options. I was able to select a refurbished Dell that is more than adequate for our needs at a much lower price than a new one. Andrew helped me with getting our tax exempt status registered, saved us shipping cost since I just happened to be traveling to Houston and picked it up at their site, and gave us a little extra discount. Though our server needs are modest and our budget is miniscule, we are trying to bring our IT services up to modern standards. Our next goal is to buy another server like this one so we can install redundant domain controller services, but that will probably have to wait until next year.

Ordering the machine was easy. Any question i had about the capability of the machine sales would go talk to techs to get an accurate answer. All my questions were answered quickly that is why i order the machine from them. If / when i have the need for a new server i will definitely be using them again.
