Paul was extremely prompt in his responses when requesting a quote and also very helpful in answering my questions. The server hit a snag on shipping and I received the wrong box but as soon as I called in they had me fixed up ASAP. On top of that, the refurbished server was very clean and runs great! I will do business here again!

I called them and the sales agent, Randy, walked me through the entire process and was a big help. And then they built the server, packed it for shipping and generally did what they said they would do and did it on time. In short, there were no surprises and I have no complaints. I'd definitely buy from them again.
