Great to deal with, good product

To be honest, I have not even yet installed the hard drives I purchased, the trigger and source of this review. However, this is unnecessary in my opinion as my historical personal experience with Server Monkey has been of such quality I am quite confident were any of them to be inoperational, Server Monkey customer service would have a replacement in the mail the same day as that in which notification of the non-functional drive was providided and likely would not even require I send back the original item. Keep up the good work!
