A couple months ago, I was refunded because the product I wanted was out of stock. I got a notification that they replenished their stock and when I purchased it a second time, it came to me in two days FLAT. Very happy with my purchase and quick response from MOMENT.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I have received my two orders from Moment. Usually anything I order from the US (I live in British Columbia) the shipping has been so slow and getting my orders from Moment usually arrived in about 3 days. That is quick. I had a question after receiving my first order from Moment and I used the link to email. I received a reply almost right away and the advice I received was exactly what I needed to know.
