The product is great, Moments service is even gorgeous – however the shipping could need some improvement. FedEx didn't ring that day at my office, but gave it to a phone-shop nearby ... there they didn't look the name, unpacked it and put it into their window. It was easy to explain and they were very nice, handing it out to me, but I was lucky that nobody bought it meanwhile from them!
