Poor customer service. Every rep provided canned responses and refused to give any immediate assistance. My questions were avoided and unanswered. My product is still unusable and no resolution is available.

Took more than a year to be delivered

In advance, super fast delivery, for this one star, but the worst smartphone case ever delivered. Not suitable for Pixel 6a. Would the effort not so Aufwendig for a return and time-intensive I would have sent this back immediately. Please spare other buyers from this nonsense.
