False advertising of rugged iPhone 11 case as MagSafe when it is not

When you price your items high, customers will have high expectations. You guys failed.

After sales tech support was non-existent. There is not phone number to call and there was no follow up by them via email.

Super slow shipping; missed getting to me before my trip so I couldn't use it. Disappointing.

If I didn't have an investment in my lenses, I wouldn't purchase from Moment.
