It's great to have a case that can take advantage of the sheer variety of stands, chargers, and mounts using MagSafe style attachments. I just wish it wasn't so fragile. Less than a month, and parts are already cracked and falling off. For a case this expensive, it's really disappointing. The magnet part is great, but be very aware that you're not really buying anything very robust.

Nice quality but it just doesn’t fit properly. The sides bulge out as the case isn’t deep enough to accommodate the phone. Too bad because it’s nice quality otherwise. But it’s essentially useless.

Customer service takes days to respond, and the return process is horrible. I ended up paying a lot to return an item, and have nothing to show for it. I was offered a 10% coupon for my next purchase. That by itself does not really impress me given I have access to 10% discounts at most retailers.
