Good products, but unfortunately, shipping is snail paced and one of my items took two weeks to get to me because it was misplaced. Also, just can't get fully behind a company that only caters to Apple, Samsung, and leaves the rest of Android world behind. There's a lot of those companies now and Moment doesn't even make lenses for the great Pixel 7's now. It's a bit shameful.

Good support, thanks. Less than satisfactory product. The lenses, filters and other big ticket items are top-knotch. Unfortunately they can’t get the little drop in lens mount right. How about going back to cases with lens mounts built in? That worked.

Charging $10 to return defective case :(

I couldn’t get a straight answer from the sales personal. It seemed there was more I need to know before I could get a better answer. My question was “does the 67mm snap-on filter adapter fit the 62 mm Gobe filter that I bought from Moment. I was expecting a simple answer “yes’ or “no” but I received “If you use a 67mm to 62 mm step-down adapter but we do not recommend using it with them (because it likely causes vignetting )”. This answer made me believe it fits but just I would have to deal with vignetting. But the reality is it doesn’t fit (I can’t screw the Gobe filter on to the adapter let alone talking about vignetting. Very disappointed because I have bought all Moment’s M-series lenses and that Gobe filter. I was looking forward to this adapter so I could just use the Gobe filter without using the M-series lenses just like they show to use their new 67mm filter since the IPhone 14 pro max has a good set of cameras. I guess what I think v.s what they think is the problem :-).

i wish that you can include free postage to south east asian country and start to do a dropship in this region for easy return if we have any problem.
