Shipping: great Customer care: great Product clarity: mediocre. I originally purchased the leather iPhone 14 Pro Max case for the drop in mount, that was not compatible with the M-series mounts. Granted, perhaps if I had read this line I would have understood I had the wrong product, but being new to Moment and photography, I admit that it was a tad overwhelming. It was disappointing to receive all of my lenses and was unable to actually mount and use them because "oops, I bought the wrong case". Thankfully, sales support was great. Perhaps this can be ameliorated with some "How do I mount moment lenses to my phone?" wizards, where the user can select which phone they have, and the app will present them with mounting options and accessories. (Read: cross-sell) Product quality: great with one exception: the cineclear UV filter does not fit on the drop-in lens mount, neither the 3d printed, nor the injection molded version. Sales support is sending me a replacement which is not what I expected and entirely generous.

Always thrilled to get something from Moment. Shipping is a bit longer than other companies, but a small gripe.

Very good service and nice to receive updates about the shipment. Too bad your stuff is not sold in the EU as that would save me a lot of money

Everything was good, although I would've appreciated a heads up about the separate rear lens cap for the anamorphic lens so that I could have ordered it with my first order that had free shipping.
