Shipping was ultra fast. Support will see

The shipping of the lens could provide extra boxing. The original box it came with looked almost destroyed, and I thought I needed my lens replaced. Other than that, the experience was a breeze.

Shipping experience was generally poor. Ordered in Jan, and fully aware of the ‘wait until your order is complete before shipping policy’…. but I saw multiple times where all of my items were in and my order didn’t go. Customer service was responsive, but the answer that ‘international warehousing is different’ really didn’t cut it. I’m giving a 4 because of the responsiveness, but really this experience was a 3.
