For the most part it’s always a good experience.

Easy to find a product that works with my iPhone. Just a little disappointed that the mount type keeps changing but I doubt that it is Moment’s fault. (My old 60mm tele won’t work with this M-type mount and this one won’t work with the T-type mount when I upgrade to the next iPhone.)

Shipping was excellent and got to us when promised.

Excellent packing. Instructions too minimal.

Shipping time was excellent. Purchased shipped in 2 days. Disappointed cannot use lens cap with adhesive piece not attached. No way to do that.
