Over the past 9 months, I have found Moment to be my go-to platform for learning creative skills and purchasing high-quality equipment that enhance mobile photography/videography. As a novice creator who likes to use their phone, Moment has allowed me to capture great moments with a cinematic and professional look. The customer service team and email reps are among the friendliest and quick-responding I've interacted with, and appreciate their strong emphasis on positive feedback and customer satisfaction. I have read mixed reviews about Moment due to international shipping complications and delays caused by the pandemic. Fortunately, my experience is different where I am lucky to live in California and FedEx 2-day shipping has been fast and reliable. With the exception of personally experiencing an 8-week backorder while trying to get the 2L Fanny Sling, ordering from Moment is a pretty a seamless process, unless that item is on backorder or delayed. I have had zero issues with returning products I didn't like and receiving proper refunds. I am satisfied with the build quality of Moment cases and mounts, and impressed with the optical quality of Moment lenses and filters.
