Crashed Yuneec Typhoon H
I crashed my Yuneec Typhoon H into a pine tree about two weeks ago. Two arms were broken, and the camera separated from the drone when it crashed to the ground from about 12 feet. I contacted Vertigo the same day, got a shipping label, and the drone was shipped the next day. The drone arrived at Vertigo on Friday.
I was contacted by Vertigo that afternoon with an itemized estimate for the repair. I approved the repair on Monday. On Wednesday, I was advised that the repairs were completed, and the drone was ready for shipment.
This is the second time I have had my drone repaired by Vertigo. I am very happy with their response and the fair prices they charge. Hopefully, I can keep the drone out of the trees in the future. The crash would not have happened if I had activated the obstruction avoidance mode on the drone.
