Vertigo Drones

Shipping fees to Canada are too high.

I did not receive the original estimate for the repair on my typhoon H. I had to ask for it to be sent. Roughly 30 minutes after I received the label to send the drone in,I got a question about why I had not sent it in yet. There was a long delay about 18 days and I had to inquire about it to find out that there was a part being ordered from China. I would think Vertigo would've let me know at the outset about this. When I received the drone the transmitter battery was dead and would not charge. The repair itself was done well. I have had good luck with Vertigo in the past. I am wondering about Customer Service.

About 50/50 as some things were way overpriced and some were not

Waited 6 months for product. Paid up front in full, with no contact until I reached out to them. Product appears to be working as advertised.

Ordered a broadcast module/remote-ID device in August to keep an existing sUAS compliant for September 16, 2023. It didn't arrive until Feb 2024. Likely not anything Vertigo as a distributor could do, but disappointed the OEM advertised a product that couldn't be delivered in a timely manner.
