Poor quality. Inconsistent customer service

Hone motion sensors are low quality. I have a sensor that keeps coming offline and not working correctly. I spend more time trouble shooting Kangaroo equipment. I honestly don’t know if I can rely on this system when I’m away from my home, which is a lot.

The worst thing I ever

The worst thing I ever purchased! I saw my Sons Ring system on Fathers day and it was GREAT. I am going to put your system in the trash where it belongs. Joe Camiolo cell 585-370-8504 CANCEL ALL MONITORING OF MY SYSTEM.

Camera Door Bell

After my first doorbell camera stopped working I called for assistance and the company sent a replacement which took weeks to arrive. It finally arrived and worked for 1 week. I called for technical assistance and found the batteries needed to be replaced. I only had alkaline batteries handy which I put in and the doorbell worked for 10 minutes. It is still not working. I requested the company send the Lithium batteries to me which they have agreed to do. However, I fear it will take another 6 or 7 weeks for them to come I am disappointed that the battery life is so short on this gadget and no insight given on that fact nor how to prolong the life.
