I purchased the Kangaroo doorbell. I didn't think that I would ever use the package theft protection insurance. Then I had a package stolen 7 minutes after it was delivered and decided to submit a claim. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service agent emailed me throughout the process. 11 days later my claim was paid. I would definitely recommend package theft insurance through Kangaroo.

I was not satisfied with this purchase they mislead the consumer to believe it could do many things when in fact none was performed waste of money.

I have xfinity wifi, but when I put my password in, it's the wrong one. I've tried the password on my router, nothing. Doesn't matter what I do, I can't get it to work. What am I doing wrong? I've been trying for 3 days. This is the 4 day, & nothing.
