I recently upgraded my Spark 40 to a Spark 2 and you gotta love the fact that Positive Grid gives you a nice discount to do so! Their customer service and communications during the purchase and shipping progress is top notch. Loving the new spark and I also got a Control X pedal as well. You also gotta love the fact how well their products are viewed and respected. I put my Spark 40 on Reverb and it sold in a week! Their gear holds its value. So impressed. Don't hesitate. I have SO many friends with expensive vintage tube amps, but they all say that their daily go to amp is the Spark. Why? Because you turn it on, it's ready to go, and sounds terrific. And at the end of the day isn't that what you want?

Great people. Great items that I have received that they shipped USPS. One item shipped through Amazon Shipping services has never arrived. Second try of shipping a replacement to the first has again been lost by Amazon Shipping services. The staff are great, friendly and quick to answer. Doing their very best. If the bag I ordered never shows up and they need to do a refund I wont order another through the company direct. Will get one by another source. I have the Spark 2, awesome device. The Spark Mini, fantastic device and the Spark Go. Looking to for a Spark Cab soon. Great great products. Maybe order your Spark carrying case elsewhere.
