I would have purchased the Neo headphones through Amazon (same price but easier returns) but they were out of stock. Positive Grid notified me when the Neos were back in stock a day or two later. The package was delivered ahead of schedule. As for the product, the Neos rate a 10/10 but the interface and documentation rates 1/10. Come on PG, you can do better!
