Positive Grid US

have bought several products from Positive Grid, including the Spark amp, the Spark amp case, the custom Spark grille, the Spark Cab, the Spark controller and the Spark Neo. They have all done everything as advertised, until recently, when I had a problem with the Spark amp. Even though the item was out of warranty, Positive Grid replaced it with a brand new one with no hassle. The customer service could not have been friendlier or more efficient. As a result, I bought the Spark Link to replace my previous wireless setup. So far, it has worked beautifully and is easy to use.

After the latest update, BiasX works just as Positive Grid promised: fast, simple, and innovative.
