They will actually engage in a BACK & forth convo, when your Q is a difficult and detailed one, or a piwer user suggestion, and can’t be answered with a quick FAQ LINK. Time will tell if they listen to & implement the player, recordist, and audiophile suggestions for improvements, new features, tweaks, and applications of this game changing creation. That’s how you become what all others strive to be!
