I really am impressed by the pure quality and sound of the spark and the other gear I’ve purchased over the years from spark!

Shipping and service was excellent. The delivery driver even brought it inside my house because it was raining that day.

I've purchased the Spark 40, BiasFX2, and the Spark Cab. All perform flawlessly and were shipped quickly. I've had zero issues so can't speak to any service issues and the help section of the website has been extremely efficient at providing guidance when I've needed it. My experience with PG has been very good. If I get to make a suggestion, it is; update the backing tracks a little more often... still have Valentine's Day songs in November? 👍😂
