Ordered directly from Positive Grid rather than a retailer or 3rd party seller. Prefer the piece of mind knowing I have better relations and support when buying direct. Did require a support ticket to PG for an issue that developed soon after purchase. But was able to resolve on my own thanks to the excellent troubleshooting info contained on the PG website. Still, Ryan from the support team reached out to me to insure that all had transpired to my satisfaction. His reply was quite prompt, thorough, and efficient. Speaks volumes regarding the quality of care to be expected from Positive Grid. They offer a comprehensive line of products that are of the highest level of quality and features! Overall very pleased with my purchasing decision and hope to order more from PG in the near future!!
