Web site is great. I haven't had any issues but people that have had them report very slow, even non-responsive customer service. That could be improved.

Great product - just wish a wireless system was included in the basic unit.

So far Positive Grid has offered some outstanding products. There are a few tweaks needed in the Spark2 Software to get the lopper to function consistently with the new pedal and the Spark App. I have the Spark Cab as well, clean sound, flat response and plenty loud. And please have the Line Out's of the Spark2 NOT mute the speakers as an option in a future software update. Keeping my eye on the new Spark Edge for sure...
