This whole experience has been great. Every aspect of my purchase was perfect.

I've had this amp for a few weeks now and absolutely love it! It's small enough to fit on my desk so I can just plug in and play more frequently than I used to vs. when I was going into my bigger amps due to not having to change locations. I feel like I have at least doubled my play time. It's super easy to use, Bluetooth so I can play along with songs, with an independent controls for incoming sound from what you have your Bluetooth device playing and the guitar's volume. Looks great too! Mr. Vai did a fantastic job picking out that nice burgundy / gold colors and the mandala. The matching cable is a really nice touch as well; even though I'm keeping it in the plastic for now and just using my Mogami The sound is absolutely fantastic, it rings through nice, clean, and clear. I really enjoy the 4 presets as well. (My 2 go to settings are Mild and Hot) I may at some point try out the other effects on the app but I really want to make sure I can revert them back to the the originals first due to the fact that's one of the things that makes this amp so special. This was my first Positive grid product and definitely won't be my last, you folks make some high quality stuff! The one and only complaint I have really has nothing to do with the amp itself. This particular model when pre ordered (which I did) there was a small chance that it would be signed by Steve Vai (hands down my favorite guitarist). When I received it the 2 stickers that said burgundy on either side were peeled up and was most definitely opened. Of course I immediately got excited because why else would the box be opened outside of being signed by the master himself? It was not, so I will forever be left with the feeling of did it just get opened for some random reason in transit to me or was I one of the chosen few that did get sent a signed one and it got swapped by some nefarious person..
