Awesome product, sturdy build. Want a sound? Look it up or use the AI. Just starting to use the looper, and I must say, pretty cool. Makes practicing, and just playing around fun. I’m 62 years old and been playing for 2 years, I’d recommend this for anyone for the price and features. My wife especially loves the headphone attachment!

My experience with positive grids customer service has been pretty good ,I’m old school when it comes to to needing customer service and prefer telephone contact with a live person , positive grids communication I solely email response ,however positive grid are experts at this and respond fast and solve problems easily ,well done guys .
