I have the UE 18+ and are the best earphones I’ve ever had. Customer service is really good and they care about your needs. Audio is the best you can get out there, if you are really into quality audio there is nothing better in the market. Reviews out there agree with this statement, The only problem I had so far is with the fit. They aren’t as confortable as expected, but customer service will help me fix this to get the best fit possible. I hope after the earphone fit perfectly on my ears. Hands down the best IEM out in the Market!!

These are my first multiple driver experience and would love to have tried others in the line prior to purchasing, regardless I am pleased with the purchase.

First and foremost, I use these for my in-ear monitors when I perform on stage. I had these custom fit using an audiologist and it was 100% worth it. The sound quality is incredible, light years beyond my expectations and they don't move when I'm moving on stage, and I move around and jump a lot. I also planned to use these while exercising, and I've only tried twice, but when using the CSX bluetooth cable, the music cuts out all the time. I understand that bluetooth is inherently difficult since the body itself can block the signal, but every time I bend over and if I get further than 10 feet from my phone, the signal cuts out. I'm going to try again when I'm further away from Wi-Fi signals and other possible interference on the golf course, but right now, I'm not extremely happy with the Bluetooth functionality. I'm averaging out a 3-star rating for the bluetooth with a 5+-star rating for the quality of the actual sound and use when wired to be a 4-star review.

Love the size and sound but the charge is just a little too short for extended travel.

My customs are wonderful. I use them at home, for Tinnitus Sound Therapy while asleep, and when flying. They do great at reducing the airplane engine noise without having to wear big bulky noise cancelling circumaural headphones. They pair very easily to my Android device as well. My only wish is that a telecoil is included in the design, so that I can use them in a space with an Inductive Loop System.
