I just love the sound and I don't want to take them off I hear every single beat !!

I'm a music enthusiast, not a professional, so these are certainly an indulgence...but that said they are a delight! I've long hated the discomfort I experience with most ear buds and these eliminate that discomfort for me. Of course, the sound quality is beyond words. Also, the service UE provided (across the needless complicated Pro and Custom sales organizations) was superb throughout the purchase process.

They are fantastic. Tremendous Bluetooth time for long flights. I wish the cable was a little longer and bluetooth 5. I will be the first to buy. AWSOME

I purchased my UEs about 3 months ago. I was on the fence for a long time about spending $900 on a pair of custom earphones. I did my research, read all the reviews & watched all the videos I could find online about custom headphones (UE isn’t the only company to offer customization of earphones). I saw the process of how these earphones were made at their lab. This particular video showed the CEO of UE taking the viewer to a step by step process of how my earphones were going to be made. I got to place a name & a face with each employee involved in the process. I felt connected. That’s when I decided to give UE a try. I am so happy with my purchase. I sing with people from all over the world using my Smule app. I get tons of compliments on my earphones. The experience for me was just phenomenal that I would consider upgrading to the next level up, maybe get all the bells & whistles next time around?
