Malwarebytes Support Team

Support went very well. Grigore L provided excellent help and was very courteous. Malwarebytes Premium coverage works very well but I normally prefer to use the free version and manual scanning beside other established antivirus products unless a big discount offer is provided to buy Premium. The Malwarebytes browser plugin is an essential tool for any internet activity.

Although for the most part I have not received any viruses, I believe that Malwarebytes has kept them away. In the past, the view viruses I did receive were caught and quarantined, just as they should have been.

Over more than 5 years I have only had a potential problem twice and both times Malwarebytes Help staff were on it immediately and the issue was resolved quickly with no disruption or issues with my system. I highly recommend Malwarebytes.

Colby sent me easy to follow links for changing my service from my old computer to my new one. He was prompt and the links worked like a charm.
